(Nasdaq: NCLH) (“Norwegian”) announced today the launch of a secondary public offering of 20 million of its ordinary shares by Star NCLC Holdings Ltd. and certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC and TPG Global, LLC (together, the “Selling Shareholders”) pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
